Fill a large plate or other suitable container with all the specified spices and mix everything well. Then roll the peeled roast in it until the whole meat is covered with the seasoning mixture (the meat is already moist enough and you don`t need to do anything extra beforehand).
Now melt the butter in the pan and then fry the spicy roll in it. Be careful not to get too hot! Carefully and regularly turn the spicy roll a little further. It should be done after about 20 minutes and is then wonderfully tender.
We like to eat the spicy roll as a sausage on bread or just nibble on it. In any case, you shouldn`t cut the slices too thick.
