Squeeze out the sauerkraut well and pick it up in a bowl. Peel the onions and apples, cut into fine cubes and mix in. Add a little oil and the yoghurt and mix everything well. Season with spicy dill and the spices and let steep for at least an hour.
The salad tastes best with a slice of black bread. If you want to lose weight, you can strike unrestrained here, because the salad not only tastes good, it is draining, filling and easy to digest.
