Cut the chicken into cubes and knead in a bowl with the spices such as paprika, curry powder, grate the ginger and garlic, chop the chilli pepper and mix everything with the meat as well.
Roughly chop the onion and sauté briefly in a pan with the hot oil. Then add the meat and sear it. Deglaze with a cup of water and simmer for a few minutes.
Now stir in the curry paste, dissolve the cream cheese (brunch) and sesame paste in the sauce.
Against the initial spiciness after serving, sprinkle the meat with a little desiccated coconut.
