Finely grate the cheese, stir the sour cream with a little paprika until smooth. Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl. Add 50 g cheese and mix with the flour. Add the flaked butter, a little cumin, salt and pepper and knead everything into a smooth dough. Mix in 150 ml of sour cream, spoon by spoon.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease the baking sheet.
Roll out the dough on the flour-dusted work surface to about 1 cm thick. Cut out 5 cm thick talers and place on the baking sheet. Brush the talers with the remaining sour cream and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and parsley. Bake for 15 minutes and serve while warm.
