Peel the meat sausage and then cut it into slices. Peel and dice the onions. Cut the cucumber lengthways into slices then into sticks. Drain the silver onions in a colander. Wash tomatoes, dry and then quarter. Remove the stalks and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Mix the prepared ingredients in a bowl, carefully fold in the gypsy sauce. Season the salad with cucumber liquid, Tabasco, salt, pepper and paprika powder and let it steep a little. Season the salad with the spices again before serving.
