Cut the dried figs into fine cubes, stir in the cream cheese and sour cream. Chop briefly with the blender so that you don`t have any pieces of fig in the spread. Add honey, mango chutney and mustard and stir well. Season to taste with a little curry powder, salt and pepper and chill for at least an hour.
The spread tastes particularly good on a crispy baguette and is great on a cold snack plate!
