Finely chop the onions and garlic, quarter the mushrooms and slice the zucchini. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil and fry the gnocchi in it until they are golden brown. Place the gnocchi in a bowl and set aside.
Put some olive oil in the pan again and fry the garlic, onions, zucchini and mushrooms in it. Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and deglaze with soy sauce. Add the tomatoes and some fresh basil and fry briefly.
Fold in the gnocchi and serve while warm. Tastes very good with a little parmesan.
