Dice the meat and fry it well in a pan. Dice the onions and garlic and add to the meat. Clean and slice the mushrooms and add to the pan. Fry the mushrooms only briefly so that they don`t get too soft. Now season everything properly with the spice mixture. Add the water, the cream and the white wine and bring to the boil. Finally, cut the spring onions into rings and add them.
Stir the couscous into boiling water according to the instructions on the packet and remove from the stove. Fold in the butter and stir until the couscous has absorbed all of the water.
