Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into fine thin strips (approx. 1 x 5 cm). Clean the peppers, onions and garlic. Cut the garlic cloves into fine cubes and cut the peppers and onions into fine strips. Quarter the tomatoes.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add the strips of meat, mix with the spices and fry. Add the peppers, onions and garlic and fry until there is no more juice. Add the red wine and tomatoes and reduce everything until only a thin layer of liquid can be seen on the bottom, the meat then looks reddish.
  3. Season to taste and serve hot or cold with baguette or rice!
