Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, remove the seeds. Halve again and cut into thin slices. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Clean, wash, peel and finely dice the carrots. Rinse the chilli peppers, pat dry and cut into fine rings. Mix the salt, sugar and vinegar, fold into the vegetables.
Caution: If you don`t like it that spicy, you should use fewer chili peppers and remove their pips and white dividers.
