Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and place in a suitable bowl. Dice the onion, cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces and place in the bowl as well. Add the oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and let it steep for a few minutes. Then fold in the fresh chives and decorate with the boiled egg.
  2. You can simply eat from the bowl, or serve on small kohlrabi slices or similar (raw or cooked firm to the bite) and use as appetizers.
  3. I like this salad very much because it is not so dripping liquid / oily / mushy and still nice and spicy.
