Dice the meat. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Pluck the basil leaves and rosemary needles.
Heat the oil. Sauté onions and garlic in it. Add the turkey cubes and cleaned mushrooms and stir-fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add the pepper pieces and sauté briefly. Dust with flour and sauté lightly. Then deglaze with cream and stock and stew for about 10 minutes.
Before serving, season again with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
