Finely dice the peppers, garlic and onions. Sweat the onion and garlic cubes in a little olive oil until they are slightly yellow. Sweat the diced paprika briefly and deglaze with the vinegar. Add the tomatoes and let the spices simmer for 15 minutes.
Depending on the use, the sauce can now be seasoned and served warm. If it is served as a dip, you should first let it thicken to the desired consistency and, if necessary, puree it with a blender.
