Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate onions, potatoes and carrots. Clean, wash and roughly grate the zucchini. Mix the vegetables and squeeze and drain the liquid that forms. Stir eggs and flour into the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a pan and add the vegetable mixture to the pan, tablespoon at a time, flatten it a little and fry until golden on both sides.
