Dice the bacon and fry it with the onions in the olive oil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the garlic, peppers, curry, granulated stock and rice. Put the pot back on the plate and briefly toast the rice and spices. Deglaze with 2 cups of water, put the lid on and cook for 12 minutes. Then add the peas and carrots for 5 minutes.
You can add almost all types of vegetables and mushrooms. Tastes good with fried and grilled chicken.
