Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead the flour, salt, olive oil, water, almonds, egg and curry spice into a dough. Spread the mixture flat in a circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven.
  2. For the topping, drain off the chickpeas, rinse and let them dry on a piece of kitchen roll. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Spread tomatoes, chickpeas, olives and feta cheese cut into pieces on the pre-baked dough. Finally, pour onion rings, pepper and Gouda cheese over them. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
