The amount of soy sauce and salt can be varied according to your own taste. The ajvar gives the dressing its spiciness, so if you prefer it spicy, you can of course add more here.
Finally, season the dressing again to taste and then mix it with the salad.
I liked the sauce very well with a salad made from paprika, cucumber, carrot, tomatoes and kidney beans.
Tip:
If you prefer a little more sauce with your salad, you can fill it up with 3-4 tablespoons of milk.
