Grate the zucchini and drain well. Separate the eggs and beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the flour and almonds. Add the zucchini and then carefully fold in the egg whites. Spice up. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Take the tray out of the oven. Overturn the plate on a tea towel and peel off the baking paper, spread the cream cheese, spread tomatoes and basil on top and roll up. Place in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
