Heat the coconut curry oil, add the chopped onions and fry them. Pour in the broth, add the zucchini cubes and the rice. Add the chilli powder, cumin powder and lemongrass and stir. Then add the honey and stir again and cook for 10 minutes until the rice and zucchini are cooked. Then add salt, pepper, oregano and marjoram to taste.
Tip: Tomatoes are particularly suitable as decoration for serving.
