Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the kohlrabi. Sweat in a little oil or margarine. Add the lemon juice and stew for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Stir in the plant cream and season with sesame salt and pepper. Let simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the spinach and stir in until it has completely collapsed.
  2. Serve with pasta or potatoes.
