Instructions

  1. Wash, spin dry and roughly chop the spinach. Peel the bananas.
  2. Put crushed ice, amount as you like, and all other ingredients in the blender and mix on the highest level until the desired, creamy consistency is achieved. Season to taste with honey, a pinch of salt and lemon juice.
  3. Divide the smoothie between 2 pretty glasses, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
