Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the spinach. Peel the banana and mango, steal the core of the pear and cut the fruit into pieces. Possibly put banana slices aside as a garnish.
  2. Put the spinach together with the fruit and 200 ml of cold water in the blender and puree finely.
  3. Pour the smoothie into pretty glasses and serve immediately.
  4. Tip: If you don`t get fresh spinach, you can of course use frozen goods or B. use fresh Swiss chard.
