Instructions

1. Adjust the shortcrust pastry to a round baking pan lined with baking paper (diameter 26 cm). There should be an approx. 3 cm high edge. There should also be some dough left over, so keep it for later.
2. Prepare the spinach in the pot according to the instructions and season to taste. Then place on the shortcrust pastry base. Cut the feta into small slices and place on top of the spinach. Sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese. Pour some cream over it.
3. Cut the leftover dough into long strips and place on top in a star shape. Brush with cream or milk.
4. Bake at 180 ° C on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes.
