Heat the spinach. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little granular broth.
Cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and mix with the yoghurt. With pepper and
granulated broth to taste. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Put the heated spinach in a baking dish, flake the mixed sheep`s cheese on top of the spinach and place the tomato slices in between. Scatter a little thyme on top.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
