Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach leaves. Prepare the pizza dough with the water according to the instructions on the packet and let rise in a warm place.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in the oil. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Spread the batter on the baking sheet and place in the oven over low heat.
  3. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Also season the crème fraîche with pepper, salt and paprika powder (not too sparingly).
  4. Take the tray out of the oven and place on top. Spread the crème fraîche thinly. Squeeze out the spinach (drain it) and pluck it onto the pizza. Spread the pepper and chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake the pizza for 20-30 minutes (temperature according to package instructions).
