Instructions

  1. Mix the spinach, feta and spices.
  2. Spread everything on the puff pastry and roll it up with the help of a kitchen towel or parchment paper.
  3. Brush the strudel with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
