Instructions

  1. Sort the spinach and remove the thick stalks. Wash thoroughly and drain. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Roast the pine nuts in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
  2. Put the spinach in boiling salted water, bring to the boil briefly. Take out immediately, ideally cool in ice water and allow to drain. Sauté the onion and garlic mixture in hot butter, add the spinach and season. Mix in the roasted pine nuts and serve.
