Add tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Strongly season the minced sauce.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan. Braise the rest of the onions and garlic in it. Add the spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir the creme fraiche until smooth.
Grease a baking dish (approx. 2.5 l). Place 3 sheets of lasagne in the pan. Spread half of the spinach on top and add about 1/3 of the creme fraiche. Cover with 3 sheets of lasagne and pour half of the minced sauce and 1/3 of the creme fraiche on top. Continue with the lasagne sheets, spinach and mince. Finish with a layer of lasagne sheets and creme fraiche. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (E: 200 ° C, U: 175 ° C) for approx. 35 minutes.
Salad goes well with it.
If you have to go quickly, you can also mix the minced sauce with the spinach. It doesn`t look so much, but it tastes just as good.
