Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach, peel the onions and garlic and cut into small pieces. Sauté the onions, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Fold in the defrosted spinach and garlic, bring to the boil briefly and season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, pour in the cream, bring to the boil again and let it steep. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet, drain and fold into the spinach and minced meat sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese as desired.
