Cook the noodles al dente as usual. Let cool and mix with 150 g cheese.
Finely chop onions and garlic cloves and fry in olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Stir in half a teaspoon of oregano, marjoram and vegetable broth, add the leafy mushrooms and the spinach leaves, sauté briefly.
