Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Thawing the salmon, this takes about 30 minutes if you put the salmon in a bowl (e.g. aluminum bowl), put the bowl in the sink and fill the bowl with hot water up to half the aluminum bowl.
  2. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings, clean and slice the mushrooms, cut the salmon into small pieces and finely chop the onions.
  3. Heat the rama culinesse in a pan, add the leeks, mushrooms and salmon to the pan and fry over medium heat. Season with a little salt and a lot of pepper and remove.
  4. Put another good dollop of culinesse in the pan, fry the onions in it, then add the flour and sweat, stir in the milk and cream with a whisk and bring the sauce to the boil, stirring constantly. Then add about 100 ml of water and the granulated broth. Add the processed cheese to the sauce and keep stirring until the cheese has melted. Put the vegetables and salmon back in the pan and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.
