Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut into small pieces. Chop the onion and garlic and fry with olive oil, add the spinach and fry, season with salt and the spices. Add a tablespoon of butter and fry until there is no more liquid.
Finally you can add 1 - 2 eggs and turn off the stove. You can either mix the eggs with the spinach or leave them as fried eggs.
