Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix the eggs, flour, salt, milk and nutmeg into a batter, add the spinach.
  3. Bake in portions with butter OR lard on both sides in a hot pan.
  4. A tomato sauce can be served with it, but it is not a must.
