First cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Just before the rice is ready, cut the onions into small pieces and sauté them in olive oil. When the onions are translucent, add the spinach and pour the vegetable stock over them. Cook until the spinach is thawed.
Then add the rice, stir and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and garlic. Refine with cream cheese and cook on a low heat until everything is creamy.
