Sort the spinach, wash and drain well. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Wash the blueberries.
For the dressing, mix well the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, agave syrup and oil and add the shallot cubes. Carefully fold the dressing into the spinach and berries. Crumble the goat cream cheese on the salad and sprinkle the nuts on top.
