Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and spin dry the spinach leaves. Break the sheep cheese into small pieces.
  2. Beat the white wine vinegar with mustard, oil and 1 tablespoon of water; season with salt, pepper and sugar. Wash and drain the blueberries.
  3. Mix the spinach, sheep`s cheese and blueberries and serve drizzled with the mustard vinaigrette.
