Instructions

  1. First, defrost the spinach and then set the saucepan aside and wait for the spinach to cool. After about 1 hour, add the 3 eggs to the spinach and stir well.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the spinach mixture about 1.5 cm high on it. Then put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool down.
  3. While the spinach is cooling, place the two packs of cream cheese in a bowl and mix with the cream. The mass must not become too liquid, it must remain easy to spread.
  4. Once the spinach has cooled down, it can be flipped onto aluminum foil. Then spread the cream cheese on the spinach and then spread the salmon slices over the cream cheese. Lift the mass and roll it up (like a lemon roll). Then wrap tightly with the aluminum foil and put in the refrigerator. Cut into slices to serve.
