Thaw the creamed spinach. Whisk the eggs with the spices of your choice. Mix the spinach and cheese with the beaten eggs. Divide everything into nine small square molds. Works just as well with muffin cups or something similar, of course! Put 10g shrimp on each mold and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
The layers are created automatically during baking. Unfortunately, if you bake the tartlets in muffin tins, the layers do not result!
Leaf salads or some smoked salmon go very well with this.
