Leave out 20 g margarine in a saucepan, add 20 g flour and let it sweat, gently stirring the flour with the whisk. Then slowly (gradually) add 1/2 liter of water while stirring vigorously with the whisk.
Thaw 300 g frozen spinach in the water, add 150 g cream cheese and let it melt.
Season the soup with salt and pepper
Tip: I always pour cube soup (or beef soup), if you don`t like cheese, you can use sour cream, it tastes fresher, and is also very good cold.
