Instructions

  1. Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Prepare the broth.
  3. Dice the onions very finely. Cut the ham into small cubes or strips. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and fry the onion and ham cubes in it. Pour in the broth and bring to the boil. Carefully stir in the cream cheese with the whisk and let it melt completely. If you like, you can stir in the parmesan now, but it tastes very good even without boiling it.
  4. Finally, season with salt and pepper and, if necessary, bind the sauce a little stronger with a sauce thickener.
  5. My kids love this tortellini.
