Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach. Chop the parsley leaves, walnuts and parmesan cheese. Mix in 100 ml of olive oil. Salt and pepper. Peel and chop the clove of garlic and sauté with the spinach in the heated butter, season with plenty of salt and pepper. Mix with pesto.
