Instructions

  1. Soak 50 g raisins in water. Wash the spinach leaves and place in a saucepan dripping wet.
  2. Heat, let collapse briefly. Drain the spinach leaves well.
  3. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan and melt 2 tablespoons of butter in it.
  4. Halve 2 garlic cloves, fry over a mild heat while stirring, then remove from the pan. Put the spinach in the pan and turn in the hot fat. Drain the raisins and fold into the spinach. Cook gently for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
