Fry the minced meat until crumbly, fry the diced onion with it. Pour in the tomato sauce, stir in the tomato paste. Season with broth, salt, sugar and herbs. Add the peas and stir.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and mix with the tomato sauce. If necessary, slightly liquefy with a little pasta boiling water. Put everything in a baking dish.
