Mix the spirulina powder with the olive oil in a small bowl.
Chop the shallot very finely, press the clove of garlic. Put in a bowl and pour the lime juice over it, let it steep a little. The lime juice makes shallot and garlic easier to digest.
During this time, cut open the avocados, spoon out the pulp, place in a bowl and puree with a fork.
Add the tamari sauce (depending on your taste), paprika powder and the spirulina / olive oil mixture. Mix all ingredients well.
Chill for 30 minutes, then enjoy with bread, tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
Tip: To have a less intense green color but more crispness, you can also use spirulina granules - but do not soak them in oil.
In addition to or instead of the avocado, you can use hummus or sesame paste.
