• 250 g quark
• 125 ml heavy cream, whipped until stiff
• 40 g suar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• some cinnamon powder
• some fruits

Instructions

1. Brush the quark through a hair sieve, mix in the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar and beat everything with a whisk until frothy.
2. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and decorated with fruit.
