Instructions

  1. First of all, I set my oven to top and bottom heat at 175 °. Then I take a baking pan (26 cm diameter) and put parchment paper on the bottom, coat the edge with fat and sprinkle breadcrumbs on it. The breadcrumbs that do not stick are disposed of.
  2. Beat the 5 eggs (do not separate), 220 g sugar and vanilla sugar together with the mixer for 5 minutes until frothy - but not shorter. Now quickly fold in the sifted flour and baking powder. The finished dough is immediately placed in the baking pan and placed in the oven on the middle rack. Baking time 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the parchment paper immediately after baking.
  4. If you need a dark base, just add 1 tablespoon of cocoa to the sugar.
