Beat the margarine and sugar until foamy, add the vanilla sugar, lemon and eggs. Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Stir, stir, stir approx. 5-10 minutes.
I then put the dough in a bag, with which I press the first layer of dough into the glass, then the cherries (I take out of the glass) with a little juice, half a piece of chocolate, then put in the next layer of dough until the glass is half full is. With more filling I have already had the problem that it goes beyond the glass.
So I always distribute the dough in the glass with a fork, then there is a little more air to it, so it becomes nice and flaky.
With our strange oven, I do it at 150 degrees. Small glasses take about 15-20 minutes. Large glasses 25-30 minutes.
