Sandwiches are a great instant snack. A great option for a hearty breakfast or light lunch snack. The main highlight of these sandwiches is the sprats. The rest of the sandwich products go well with each other.
Spread the pieces of the loaf on one side with a not thick layer of butter.
Grind hard cheese on a fine grater.
Put the pieces of the loaf in a hot frying pan, with the oily side down, and on the top side put the slides of grated cheese.
Fry over low heat until the cheese is completely melted and a pleasant golden crust forms on the other side. Transfer to a clean plate and let cool slightly.
Boil the egg, remove the shell, cut into thin slices, as far as possible.
Dab the pickled cucumber with a napkin, remove the excess brine, cut into thin slices using a special peeler (or finely chop with a knife).
You can start decorating sandwiches. Put one sprat in the middle of each piece of bread, after soaking the excess oil.
Next, place the egg circles and cucumber slices.
Rinse a sprig of dill, dry it, chop finely and sprinkle each sandwich.
