Ingredients

• 1 cake base (Wienerboden, 3 - divided)
• 500 g cream, (2 cups)
• 500 g quark
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 glass jelly (I usually use currant)
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 1 pack cream stabilizer

For decoration:

• Almond (noun)
• Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

1. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the quark and lemon. Then mix the cream and quark together, spread the cream on the bases, warm the jelly and pour over it. Put floors on top of each other.
2. Garnish with almonds and chocolate sprinkles, chill.
