- Dough:
- Knead 250 g flour, margarine, 4 egg yolks, 100 g sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a smooth dough and divide into 2 parts.
- Cream:
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix the yogurt, sour cream, flour and sugar and add to the egg white.
- Spread half of the dough in a greased form (20 x 30 cm). Put the cream on the bottom. Grate the remaining dough onto the cream with a grater.
